Jeanne Dau, MBA, CEDFP, has conducted many strategic plannings for businesses, associations, nonprofit/civic organizations, chambers and governmental agencies throughout Illinois. She uses a pre-assessment survey to streamline the process so the planning will be achieved while respecting the board’s time.
Dr. Jill Nilsen – As Vice president of External Relations, Dr. Nilsen oversaw strategic planning at Eastern Illinois University for eighteen years . She is a former member of SCUP (Society for College and University Planning) and has presented nationally on the process of strategic planning. She has worked with multiple nonprofit organizations, helping them develop a strategic plan.
